As much as we love taking our pooches with us wherever we go, it can often be difficult to find canine-friendly accommodation in the capital, so here are five of our favourite places to stay in London with your furry friend!

St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, King’s Cross

Set in the iconic Midland Grand building, the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel will certainly provide your furry friends with all the pampering they could ask for. The St Pancras Pooch City Break Package includes free goodies for your dog, a stylish dog bed and bowl, and a two-hour training session with an expert trainer from City Dog. The package starts at a hefty £740 per night, but your pooch will thank you for it!

Rosewood London, Holborn

If your pooch is comfortable with the hustle and bustle of the city, the Rosewood London can provide a perfect base from which to explore the city! Starting at £500 per night, the Pampered Pet package supplies your canine pal with a comfy bed, treats and food and water bowls, as well as information about local dog-friendly bars and restaurants. The package also includes a welcome card from the hotel’s resident golden retriever, Pearl.

The Rubens at the Palace, Westminster

For doggies in need of the royal treatment, The Rubens is the place to stay. Set mere metres away from Buckingham Palace, the hotel offers a doggy welcome hamper included in the price of the room. There is also a designated pet concierge, offering services such as dog sitting and walking, pet birthday celebrations, and dog and cat menus. The hotel is only a few minutes away from Hyde Park, and prices start from £159 per night.

Russell’s of Clapton B&B, Hackney

For those on a slightly smaller budget, Russell’s of Clapton in Hackney is a great place to stay just outside of Central London. The quirky and modern bed and breakfast is dog-friendly, and is nearby to Hackney Marshes, a great spot for dog walking. Rooms start at only £98 per night, and include breakfast, and (if you’re lucky) snuggles with the resident whippet, Reggie!

The Arch London, Marble Arch

Right in the centre of the capital, The Arch London, in Marble Arch, can provide the vacation of your pooch’s wildest dreams. Organic dog treats, a dog bed and complementary bath products are all provided on arrival, and the pets menu allows owners to order meals for their canine companions, cooked by the chef! While the prices for human guests are as you might expect from a five star hotel (from £180 per night), accommodation for dogs only costs an additional £15 per night, and is well worth the price! Additional services include dog-sitting and dog-walking in nearby Hyde Park.
