This weekend’s photography exhibition at the Gallery Different, Canine & Companions, celebrated three of our favourite things: dogs, art, and strong women. Featuring photographs by celebrated fashion photographer, Andrew Lamb, these portraits of women and their dogs were illustrations of the profound and unique bond each sitter has with her beloved canine. Collectively these portraits were visual expressions of the unconditional love, humour, tenderness, compassion and joyfulness that exists between these ladies and their pooches. A true delight to behold.
Sponsored by the gourmet dog food brand Cuffleberry & Co , and in aid of our favourite doggy charity, All Dogs Matter, all proceeds from the exhibition will go to support dogs in need at ADM. In addition to all the wonderful portraits, the team behind Canine & Companion also commissioned Tracy Emin’s pottery designers, Repeat Repeat, to create a limited edition porcelain dog bowl featuring the Queens corgis and commemorating her majesty’s 90th birthday. All the portraits and the limited edition dog bowls are currently available to purchase directly through All Dogs Matter here.
